Returns & Refunds
We personally test our products for quality and innovation. We're confident in our curation, so if the product is not up to your expectations, we've got you covered. Please note that it may take longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
- You may return most products within 30-days of the purchase date for a full refund, in the original packaging, with a copy of the receipt and order confirmation number.
- Wearable items such as our Manta Sleep Masks or Headphones may only be returned in new, unopened condition.
- Other personally applied items such as our massage gun or foot massagers may only be returned in new, unopened condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items that show considerable use or damage. We cannot accept returns of items that are missing their serial number or UPC.
- Any approved return will be refunded via their original payment method.
