Need to cancel or adjust an order? 

Email info@nviostore.com immediately. Once an order reaches our warehouse, we can no longer make changes for you - since we're trying to get you your purchase as quickly as possible.

  • We offer free shipping & handling on all orders over $75.
  • All orders should arrive within 5 - 9 business days.

Additional Information: 

  • We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We do not deliver orders on Weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on Monday.
  • The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • We're not responsible for provider (Fedex / UPS) shipping delays.
