Ordering from Nvio? Here are our shipping options. 

 

Need to cancel or adjust an order? Email info@nviostore.com immediately. Once an order reaches our warehouse, we can no longer make changes for you - since we're trying to get you your stuff as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping and handling with a 7 - 10 business days delay. 

 

Additional Information: 

- We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). 

- We do not deliver orders on Weekends or holidays.

- Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on Monday.  

- The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected. 

- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. 

- We're not responsible for provider (Fedex / UPS) shipping delays.
